COVID is not only a physical pandemic, but also a mental wellness pandemic. From social isolation, child care, anxiety, loss, and grieving, the pandemic has taken a significant toll on us all.

Exacerbating this challenge is a culture that stigmatizes mental health issues, which makes people reluctant to acknowledge their suffering and ask for help, particularly in communities of color and those in low-income areas. This adds further stress and anxiety for parents and families that are isolated and may be struggling.

To support families’ mental health, we formed Empathy Incorporated. We create apparel intended to fight the stigma of mental health by showing others that they are not alone. If you’d like to be a part of the change, follow the link below to purchase apparel.
